THE CHALLENGE

There are currently 16 Laboratories throughout Bolivia, however, There are only 2 labs with certification and none of them have online presence.

Design a first in class app on where a user would make the following services completely online.

MY ROLE

I was responsible for the experience strategy and design both iOS/Android Apps.
I lead the UX work, producing all deliverables and presenting these to the client. I worked alongside a local web development agency for the technology stack. User Research and Market Analysis, Information architecture, prototyping, UI design Content strategy, Design System, Style Guide creation, and Art Direction.
